DESCRIPTION:Presented by Steven Haas (China Grill Management).  The Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the launch of Hospitality Matters\, a workshop series for Chamber Member restaurateurs.  This bi-monthly series will feature guest speakers coupled with a round table discussion format where attendees can ask questions\, share best practices\, and express concerns.  The first workshop will be held on Monday March 12th. Steven Haas\, of Social Miami and China Grill Management\, is the guest speaker and he will address the issues and opportunities unique to restaurants in Miami Beach.   Restaurateurs wishing to attend should contact the Chamber at 305-695-6838 for more information.   Laura Craven\, Director of Marketing at DadePaper and Albert Uster\, Sales Manager for Albert Uster Imports\, co-chair the Hospitality Matters Committee.  This duo brings decades of combined experience serving the hospitality marketplace.  The program has been created in conjunction with the Emerging Leadership Council\, a new organization within the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce.  Ellen Brazer\, Partner in DA Group Construction\, is the Chairperson of this elite group of professionals dedicated to elevating the local business community.
