SUMMARY:First Annual Town of Bay Harbor Halloween Event
DESCRIPTION:Please join the Town of Bay Harbor Islands and the Ruth K Broad School as they partner with the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce in the 1st Annual  Town of Bay Harbor Halloween activity to be held immediately after school let's out\, on October 31\, 2014.   \n\n \n\nThe children in the school's art program are currently working hard to prepare 75 to 100 art pieces that will be displayed by the businesses along the Kane Concourse Business District. The art pieces will be displayed on October 29th and will stay up after Halloween.\n\n \n\nThe day of Halloween\, the Ruth K Broad school children\, parents and guardians that have chosen to participate will be dressed in their Halloween costume\, with their candy bags\, and ready to go right after school to walk the business district with a Town of Bay Harbor Police escort. They will visit with the businesses along the district\, viewing the displayed art pieces.  \n\n \n\nThe children will wind up at the empty lot on North West side of the Concourse for candy giveaway\, carnival games\, rides and fun.
