Paddling enhances cardiovascular fitness\, builds core strength\, and improves lymphedema management. It also fosters a "floating support group\," offering community\, reduced isolation\, and confidence to survivors.\n\nWhat to Expect:\n\n\n	10-minute safety briefing\n	10-minute "Dragon Boat 101" instruction\n	Paddling on the stunning Marine Stadium Basin\, with the Miami skyline as your backdrop\n\n	.\n\n\nNo paddling experience is needed.
