\nThe mission of the CRED council is to provide a forum where industry professionals and property owners can discuss issues\, share experience\, and develop creative solutions to the unique challenges that we face on Miami Beach. We aim to support our members with meaningful opportunities to network\, share experiences\, and engage with industry leaders\, offering knowledge and expertise covering all aspects of the Real Estate cycle\, from development through sales and ongoing management of real properties.

Ana \;Bozovic Bio\n
\nAna Bozovic is the founder and CEO of REintelligence.com. For the past seven years\, she has been publishing long term trend analysis on real estate\, with a focus on the booming Florida market.

\nShe is also the founder of LiquiditySolutions.org\, where she manages private capital for strategic deployment and acquisition. She recently launched MiamiDealSheet.com where she vets new construction projects\, picks the best deals in South Florida\, and interviews the visionaries building the city of the future.

\nKrueger serves a dual role as our firm&rsquo\;s Chief Marketing Officer\, guiding the firm&rsquo\;s branding\, design\, social\, web and networking-events management. \;

\nKevin earned his B.A. from Boston College and M.B.A. from Babson College and is a leading contributor to both South Florida alumni chapters.
\nExtra-curriculars expand on 15+ years of sports marketing\, so he founded The Miami Athletic Association\, a startup intent upon aligning marketing executives from the Sports &\; Hospitality industries. \;Some of these networks help RISE keep our eyes open among both public and properties\, attract prospects to retain our brokerage services and of course\, get our boots on the ground.
