A year later\, Miami City Ballet   19 dancers strong   gave its first performance. Today\, MCB is recognized as one of the world's leading ballet companies with 50 dancers\, a Balanchine repertory second only in size to New York City Ballet and an extensive range of both 19th century classics and modern works by celebrated choreographers including Twyla Tharp\, Paul Taylor and Jerome Robbins.\n\n \n\nMiami City Ballet is now celebrating its 25th Anniversary Season!
