Talent and creativity that must be cultivated so as to provide us with a well rounded and contributing individual\; that government sponsored musical education shouldn't be the only vehicle to a solid educational experience. Music provides unique and distinct modes of learning. It fosters discipline and commitment. Music education nurtures creativity\, self-worth and individuality\, while promoting teamwork and cohesiveness. Music is perhaps the most unique representation of civilization's achievement\; and we cannot prepare young people to be a part of a civilized society without teaching them to understand and fully experience society's greatest accomplishments. As a nation\, we have a responsibility to our children and development of their potential. At The Alivel Foundation Inc. we do this through our Grant Giving and Musical Achievement Programs. Through a precise educational experience\, participants can follow in the footsteps of classic composers\, musicians\, producers and song stylists that have taken the original sounds of the Caribbean and turned them into what we know today as Salsa\, Son\, Merengue\, Cumbia and Ranchera music\, along with other popular Latin compilations. It's through contributions from generous individuals such as you\, that they can foster and provide their membership with a unique musical experience.\n\n		\n\n		\n\n		\n			The Alivel Foundation Inc. is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization.
