Peruvian cuisine is made up of unique cooking methods that use natural acids\, spices and red onions on certain dishes and different techniques to cook a large selection of seafood\, chicken\, meats and pastas in others.\n\n	 \n\n	Limon y Sabor  offers renowned dishes like Peruvian Ceviche (Raw Fish Marinated in Lemon Juice\, Onion and Salt)\, Lomo Saltado (Saut ed Steak)\, Papa a la Huancaina (Potatoes in Huancaina Cream)\, Pescado a lo Macho (Fried Fish with Seafood Sauce)\, Jalea (Deep Fried Breaded Mixed Seafood with Salsa Creole and Tartar Sauce)\,Chaufa (Peruvian Style Fried Rice)\, Causa (Mashed Potatoes)and much more. \n\n	 \n\n	Hours of Operation:\n\n	Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 10:00pm\n\n	Saturday and Sunday from 10:00am to 12:00am\n\n	 \n\n	Happy Hour from 4:00pm to 7:00pm with special promotions on selected menu items.
