DESCRIPTION:Clean Miami Beach and the City of Fujisawa\, Japan are co-hosting a Marine Day Beach Cleanup.\n\nJoin us for an amazing day helping protect the ocean. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n \n\nWear something blue!\n\nA big THANK YOU to our co-hosts\, Umisakura\, the City of Miami Beach\, and the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce! This event would not be possible without our amazing co-host and sponsors.\n\n \n\nIMPORTANT:\n\n- closed-toed shoes recommended for cleaning in the dunes\n\n- bring your own water (no plastic please)\, we will have a refill station \n\n- we'll provide sanitized garden gloves\, buckets and picker\n\n- wear reef-safe sun protection and hat\n\n \n\n*We will now be accepting household batteries at cleanups to be recycled.\n\n \n\nParking:\n\n- There is limited metered parking in the area\, suggesting rideshare. A public parking garage is located 2 minutes away (340 23rd St.)\n\n \n\n  \n\nPlease be on time\, we will start on time.\n\n \n\nCommunity Service hours available. All ages welcome.\n\n \n\nOur environment gives us life.
