A FULL 60-minute\, intense\, head-to-toe workout that incorporates strength\, power\, resistance\, plyometric\, explosive\, and interval training of all levels. Join Miami Beach Chamber members while burn up to 1\,000 calories and be in and out so fast you'll forget you're even working out\, not to mention how much fun you'll be having!  Everyone gets their own 150 lb. heavy bag to punch and kick\, and the instructors always come around and help you at your level.\n\n\n\nJuices and snacks will be provided by Custo-M-Eals\n\n\n\nAnyone and everyone is welcome in class!\n\n\n\n\n\nDon't Forget The Essentials:\n\n	Towel\n	Water\n	Sneakers\n\nComplimentary  boxing gloves & wraps will be provided.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPARKING\n\nMetered street parking is available north & south of 7th Street & Washington Avenue.\n\nGarage Parking available between Washington and Collins Avenues (215 7th Street)
