SUMMARY:Business Roundtable
DESCRIPTION:As opposed to a networking or marketing session\, the business roundtable is a focused discussion to assist members in finding business solutions to their business challenges. The session is developed to compliment the New Member Orientation\, Coffee with the Chamber and one-on-one sessions with Chamber Staff and add a business development component. \n	\n \n Each participant briefly gives a 30 second introduction so that everyone participating can determine relevance and possible connectivity. \n \n Each participant is then asked to present their specific and narrowly tailored business challenge for the table to consider. Discussion is deliberate and focused on challenges. It is critical that the moderator focus the discussion on challenges and solutions. In the interest of time\, marketing pitches are redirected to determine specific challenges by the moderator. \n \n As this is a collaborative think-tank all participants are asked to stay until the end of the meeting. For that reason\, the flow of the meeting is crucial to ensure that all participants have an opportunity to present their challenges and get the benefit of all those participating.
