Poseidon is an affordable fine dining experience" said Vasilis Pyliotis Poseidon Chef Demetrios Pyliotis takes pride in cooking with greek and natural ingredients on each dish\; such as Kalamata olives\, oregano\, rosemary and thyme that are grown and imported from Taygetos Mountain of Kalamata\; pure Chios masticha\, grown in the Skinos tree\; and the Messinian Bay delicacy\, a wild fish egg caviar and fresh fish imported from the Aegean Sea of Greece to name a few.
