DESCRIPTION:The Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce cordially invites you to attend the\n\n	Champions of Business Awards Luncheon\, sponsored by Bank United.\n\n	February 1st 2012  12:00 pm\n\n	Eden Roc Renaissance Miami Beach\n\n	4525 Collins Avenue\, Miami Beach\n\n	\n\n	Special Presentation of the Warren Henry Small Business of the Year Award.*\n\n	This luncheon will continue the Chamber's tradition of recognizing\n\n	the accomplishments of exceptional business professionals that help build and\n\n	strengthen the foundation of the Miami Beach community and its surrounding areas.\n\n	\n\n	This year's Champions of Business Award Recipients include:\n\n	Aletha Player\, FPL\n\n	James McDonnell Outstanding Board of Governor Award\n\n	\n\n	William Shockett\n\n	Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce Past Chair Award - Posthumously\n\n	\n\n	Warren Zinn\, Warren Henry Automobile\n\n	The Aaron B. Perry Innovation in Business Award \n\n	\n\n	The James McDonnell Award is given each year to the outstanding Board of Governor of the year for their years of dedication to the advancement and growth of the Miami Beach Chamber.\n\n	The Past Chair Award is given to a past Chairman of the Board of the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce for their continued commitment to the Miami Beach Chamber.\n\n	\n\n	The Aaron B. Perry Innovation in Business Award\, created this year\, honors and generates public recognition of the achievements and positive contributions of philanthropic business people. The award is given to a successful business person who has been effective in changing the dynamic within an industry\, developed groundbreaking ideas and business strategy and used technology to advance a brand while maintaining philanthropic activities.\n\n	*The Warren Henry Small Business of the Year Award is being presented on February 1st to\n\n	a small and growing business for their outstanding achievements in management and innovation.\n\n	All ballots have been sealed up and locked in a box and the winner will be announced at the event.\n\n	The winner will be receiving a 12 month lease on a Warren Henry Automobile and 1 year\n\n	advertising with the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce.\n\n	\n\n	Warren Henry Small Business Award Finalists\n\n	Jason Beukema\, Whet Travel\n\n	Deanne Connolly Graham\, Welcome & Bienvenidos Magazine\n\n	Sheila Duffy-Lehrman\, Tropic Survival\n\n	Jeff Greene\, 84 West Studios\n\n	Bill Hansen\, Bill hansen Catering\n\n	Brian Scheinblum\, Cambean Hospitality\n\n	This event will be held at 12:00 pm and is open to the public.\n\n	Tickets are available starting at $45 for pillar members\, $50 for general members and $60 for guests\,\n\n	with sponsorship opportunities and tables for ten available starting at $650.\n\n	\n\n	Additional presenting sponsors are Best Buy For Business and BDI Construction.\n\n	\n\n	For more information\, please contact the Chamber at 305-674-1300\n\n	or via email\, marketing@miamibeachchamber.com
