We invite you to join us at Veza Sur in Wynwood on Equal Pay Day 2023 to toast our way to closing the pay gap! Network with awesome people to the sounds of DJ Illset, have a delicious beer and be entered into a rocking raffle. Sales will benefit the work of Your Women's Fund!
Based on the latest data reported by Equal Pay Today, women are earning only 82 cents for every dollar a man earns. That means a woman must work 15 months to earn what a man earned in just 12 months. In other words, when looking at a typical 9-5 work day, women start working for free at 2:40 pm, perfect time for a beer and great conversation!
